Awesome place with great amenities like free Wi-Fi and an outdoor dining area. The staff even helped me recover forgotten belongings on my first visit. I highly recommend it and will return for Christmas.

It had comfortable and magnificent location, just off sightseeing from the host, very good place to stay, and the centre of town. Furthermore, near to City Center. Double room was compact and neat had hypo-allergenic pillows. The breakfast was savoury even for a vegetarian, good food👍😀😀

missingWrote a review on 16 Novkitchen noiselackluster breakfast
This guest house left much to b desired, noise from the kitchen ruined my sleep, and breakfast wasn't a classic English spread, just some boring cereals. Shockingly, no welcome gift for this dreaded inconvenience. It's clear i woudl ve been treated like royalty elsewhere. Absoluteley disappointing, i almost wanted to give it a good review, but just couldn't.

Delicious breakfast, absolutely superb views, particularly good location next to sightseeing from the host, very good place to stay as well as a beutiful garden. Immaculate twin room, large beds. Friendly customer care, parking onsite. The easy check-in process too.

No kettle in the bedroom, which isn't ideal if you want a quick cup of tea. The breakfast room has only three tables, so expect potential waits. Noise from the kitchen can disrupt a peaceful sleep, especially in room 1.
